Love it. I had such a great experience. I will definitely be back for more classes. Very welcoming and accepting. I had zero experience in any shape or forms as far as martial arts go and Muay Thai is so far out of my comfort zone but I didn't feel like I was being pushed to do something I wasn't capable. Everyone was very encouraging and I had tons of fun. Love the evening schedule as well.

Amazing martial arts school! Dan is a great teacher dedicated to his student’s success. Everyone there is like a family who strive to help each other improve. Classes are challenging but fun, I would definitely recommend its a great value. Its a great workout, great for losing weight as well. This place is the gem in the capital region.

I've practiced TaeKwonDo for over seven years and wanted to try something new and I'm glad I did. This school focuses on technique and practicality, unlike some schools I've come across which were either are a watered down MMA/fitness class and/or "belt factory". I love coming to class because the atmosphere is friendly and we always get a good laugh in too. In addition, this school is one of the best and fair priced schools in the Capital area. I came across Joe and Nuk Soo shortly after he came to Bruno's in January. It has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Joe is a passionate instructor who is going to get you into the best shape of your life. He teaches you technique but he also believes that strength and conditioning is critical. You've probably never had a workout like this. This type of class is not for the light-hearted but do not be afraid by any means to try it out! Everyone is encouraging and we all have a great time. This is not just some place you go for a half-assed "let's punch stuff for an hour" class. I have felt like I found a new place to call home 3 times a week. We have people of all different shapes, sizes and fitness levels in class. I am not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination and I absolutely love it here. Leave your ego at the door; we train hard but we also have a lot of fun together.

I have been studying Muay Thai with Joe for a few years now. He just moved to Bruno’s in January and the classes are fantastic. It is a challenging workout that any fitness level can enjoy. He keeps it interesting by changing up the workouts and working in a variety of exercises. Not only do you work on all of the Muay Thai strikes, he mixes in a lot of necessary strength and conditioning exercises.

Fellow classmates are encouraging and fun to work with as well. Whether you have never tried a martial art or if you are training for a fight; Come challenge yourself and give Muay Thai a try. You will have a great time getting into shape (or getting into better shape)!
