So I made my first appointment and was happy to be greeted by a professional and friendly staff waiting to tell me all about this therapy. The staff is also very knowledgeable and can answer all questions with fascinating facts. I was happy to see a calm and clean environment as well. They provided the necessary garments to receive the 2 1/2 minute cryo treatment and was it an exhilarating experience for me! I had no idea I would feel so energized and alive! The compression treatment followed, I chose focusing on my hips. For me just 30 minutes of our bliss. Then the dry sauna. Total relaxation! I highly recommend this therapy because for me I have retained the feeling of good energy and good mood all day. I can hardly wait till for my next treatment! “I’ve had several ultra sounds, a biopsy & a mammogram done here. In addition, I had a procedure done by this place on the day of my surgical lumpectomy. I cannot stress enough how gentle the staff is, including the nurses and doctors! I BARELY felt any needle. I barely felt any pressure or pull during my mammogram! The scar was so minimal it looked like a freckle. I always get the doctor and nurses undivided attention and it provides me so much comfort. I HIGHLY recommend!”

“WellNest Studios is an amazing place! It’s not your typical impersonal gym that most of us are used to. When I was introduced to WellNest, I was immediately impressed by the amount of personal attention given by the staff and instructors to their clients. You are not just a number here. I have participated in excellent yoga classes by Nicole and Erika. My mom also has benefited greatly from the yoga classes and personal training. I typically struggle to find balance in my life and WellNest Studios is definitely helping me to find that balance. Massages (thanks, Luke!) have also been a huge benefit. I recommend ending a stressful day with an uplifting yoga class followed by a relaxing massage! I look forward to continuing my personal fitness journey at WellNest!”
