“I’ve been getting my hair cut by Ricky since 2014. His business is called “Love of the Craft” because Ricky truly does love his craft like an art form. Ricky is very consistent and sees to it that the haircut and beard is exactly to the customer’s specifications. I recommend Ricky to my friends and family and will continue to.”

“If it weren’t for Dr. Montgomery and his surgical team, I would still be in pain with no where to turn. After two failed back surgeries, he and his approach of Anterior and Posterior fusion, I would not be in a 2-1/2 mos. recovery phase. This approach was different from my previous surgeries. Whatever gift from the good Lord put in his hands, I will be grateful for his willing to take me on as a patient and with good luck and lots of prayers, I believe that the third surgery will be my salvation. The pain now is healing pain, nothing on the scale prior to Feb. 2019. Again Thank you Dr. Montgomery and staff for all that you have done for me.”

“Great doctor and staff members! Dr. O'Connell really took the time to explain what she was doing and patiently answered any questions I had. The rest of the staff were really nice too! The biggest plus of this clinic has to be their wide range of hours.”

“We have a stair lift and have used others for service over the years. We have never found any company that compares to this one. They do what they say they'll do and they are very fair with their pricing. I just wish they weren't so far from us, but even when we pay a hefty trip fee, I would rather pay the extra to have them than any of the others I have used that are much closer to us. Thank you!”

“I am the Director of Social Work at Capstone Nursing home and I’ve been working with this company for almost a year now and I can honestly say it’s the best home care company. It’s a smooth and easy process, they take my referrals immediately, they rarely ever turn a referral away and are very accommodating! Tricia and Heather are by far the most caring people I’ve met too. They truly care about the patients they take on and about the facilities they work with. I would recommend this company without a doubt and look forward to continuing working with them.”

“Love this studio! I was doing hot yoga at my gym and it was really distracting to hear weights dropping and clanging around. The studio is very relaxing, and the instructor that I've had the most, Sean, is fantastic. You really get a lot for your money here.”

“Thrive has changed my life, and it is impossible to fully explain how. First, for anyone who doesn’t understand how this gym is different, it gives you personal strength training at a much more affordable price. You have a personal trainer (yes, a real live coach who works at Thrive) who writes your workout programs just for you! So whether you sign up for 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week, your workouts are designed specifically for you. Second, you get to complete your workouts in a small group setting. This means that when you show up for your workout, there are at most 11 other Thrivers using the gym (I would say average class size is more like 6-8). There is one coach leading each class, and he or she is able to give you personal assistance and feedback because the class size is small. They help correct your form and motion, answer questions, spot you, and offer a ton of encouragement. You are not left to your own best guess as to how to perform the exercises that have been programmed for you. Third, the atmosphere is fun, supportive, and non-competitive! I love the other Thrivers, who all embody the supportive spirit. Okay, so about my experience. I joined Thrive in May 2021, and am writing this in January 2022. I had never worked with a personal trainer or followed a strength training program before. Needless to say, I was shy and nervous about joining. That vanished almost immediately after I joined. What I love most are the coaches- they are all well educated in the subject matter, so friendly and enthusiastic, and genuinely care about you! There is no judgment; only a desire to help you. They create the sort of atmosphere where, even if you didn’t feel like going to the gym that day, you are so glad to be there once class starts up. They are your biggest cheerleaders, but also encourage you to be your own cheerleader. They truly listen to your feedback and help you navigate the journey towards wellness. Also, even if your own trainer is not leading the class you attend, you are able to leave feedback and message each other, so you’re always in sync and your programming is 100% tailored to you. (Plus, the coaches share feedback with each other.) If something isn’t working for you, they work with you. For example, I battled knee tendinitis for several months, but with careful and specified programming, I am now pain free. My confidence has grown, and it feels good to prioritize my health. I am well on my way to changing my body shape, and have gained a lot of muscle. This gym is SO much more than a place to focus on physical health and strength- it has improved my mental well-being and has overall made me a happier person. I love seeing my growth and accomplishments, and I cannot thank the coaches, especially Derek, enough. You are worth this time and money investment. It’s your life. I wish everyone I care about had the opportunity to train at this gym, because I know it would bring them only wonderful things. Thank you Thrive!”

“WellNest Studios is an amazing place! It’s not your typical impersonal gym that most of us are used to. When I was introduced to WellNest, I was immediately impressed by the amount of personal attention given by the staff and instructors to their clients. You are not just a number here. I have participated in excellent yoga classes by Nicole and Erika. My mom also has benefited greatly from the yoga classes and personal training. I typically struggle to find balance in my life and WellNest Studios is definitely helping me to find that balance. Massages (thanks, Luke!) have also been a huge benefit. I recommend ending a stressful day with an uplifting yoga class followed by a relaxing massage! I look forward to continuing my personal fitness journey at WellNest!”

“We've seen several doctors here over the years. Dr. Kent and the entire cardiology team are simply amazing! They are attentive, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The whole team was happy to help when I had questions or concerns outside of a scheduled appointment. I would call and speak with a doctor easily. The front office staff is also incredible. I highly recommend this practice for anyone with a doggy with any special or difficult issues.”

“Beautiful facility. I have done a lot of work over the past several years with assisted living facilities and upgrading their campuses. Mike and Rhea take a lot of pride in their business and it shows. Having the owners in the building every day seems to create a very supportive working environment, I know it was a big help for me to have them around. Sometimes assisted living facilities can have a "nursing home" feel but they have done a great job of making the building feel like a home. A VERY NICE home!”

“On weekends when I'm out of town and Monday meal prep is either limited or unlikely, the Healing Meals' lunch/dinner delivery option is a big help. Delivery is always on time or early, ordering online is convenient, no subscription is necessary, and there are usually at least a couple of appealing food options. Serving sizes here work better for me than those of frozen dinner/ lunch alternatives and I like that salads are part of the line up. Two things about star rating: If I could do half stars, food would be 4.5; including a higher proportion of veggies and taking measures to keep chicken a little more moist (admittedly this is probably a tall ask when cooking is in batches and trying to make sure nothing is undercooked is important) would win the half star. I can't comment on the atmosphere, have not been in person.”
