Coaches were aware of my fitness level and adjusted my workout movement accordingly. Definitely reached my fitness goal. I also enjoyed occasional yoga and squash sessions. Love the gym overall.”

“A good friend of mine told me about Icryo and I was intrigued. So I made my first appointment and was happy to be greeted by a professional and friendly staff waiting to tell me all about this therapy. The staff is also very knowledgeable and can answer all questions with fascinating facts. I was happy to see a calm and clean environment as well. They provided the necessary garments to receive the 2 1/2 minute cryo treatment and was it an exhilarating experience for me! I had no idea I would feel so energized and alive! The compression treatment followed, I chose focusing on my hips. For me just 30 minutes of our bliss. Then the dry sauna. Total relaxation! I highly recommend this therapy because for me I have retained the feeling of good energy and good mood all day. I can hardly wait till for my next treatment! “I can not say enough positives about the St. Peter's ALS Regional Center. The staff is phenomenal, available and compassionate. They lent us so much medical equipment that would have left us bankrupt as a family. We had 24/7 help from Dr. Miller and our nurse Trish. All of the specialists knew their stuff and thought of every creative solution. For our family, ALS was an especially brutal experience because it was compounded with probably frontotemporal degeneration (dementia). It made our case time intensive and emotionally intensive and they were wonderful through it all. Thank you so much!”
