“Omg! My first visit with Rana Ayvaz. Totally amazing at lashes. Her kind, conscientious, heartwarming demeanor was so inviting. I had tried lash extensions twice in the last 10 years. Neither of the past times were good results. I wasn’t told, educated or offered cleaning solution. Or info on correct care. So the lashes didn’t last. Why would I get them? I hate makeup. I have many brands of mascara, it flakes in my eyes, is a nightmare to apply, a nightmare to remove. Rana has quite the wait list, I waited. “I rarely write reviews, but I felt obligated to in this case, because Maria is such an excellent realtor, and worked extremely hard for me. I built my house in early 2021. As it is my first new-build house, Maria gave me a whole lot of useful information and guided me. As everybody could imagine, the building process was not smooth as normal due to the broken supply chains in the pandemic time. Maria was really kind and help me to stay positive the whole time. She has always responded to all my messages in a very professional and timely manner. Even though she didn’t get notice of the house building's progress, she tried her best to check that information with her colleagues and came back to me in a short time, which did comfort me during the difficult waiting time. Due to personal reasons, I had to sell my house soon after the closing day. I asked for Maria’s help with no brain. The market was getting cold, and an even more difficult situation was, I had to leave the area when the house was still on the market. Maria took care of all house issues during the selling process for me. She often checked my house and actively responded to any potential buyer’s messages, emails and calls.
