“I use to live in NYC as a young adult. I got married and moved to Florida and travel back to the Bronx to see Dr. Eisenberg. I remember the first time at age 16 I walked into his office scared and embarrassed. I met with Maria for several sessions. Each session provided questioning, strength building, conversation and a protocol for me to follow. She gave me stretches and strengthening exercises that I could do in my own home or gym at my own time.
