Ellicottville Salt Cave

Booked a couples massage and infrared sauna session. The sauna was the first service and once it was complete, we were told to get into robes and wait for our massage in the lobby. We waited over 15 minutes, undressed in robes while people walked passed us constantly. It was very uncomfortable. If the wait was going to be in a public space for more than a few minutes, it would have been better to be informed so we could wait in our own clothing so we didnt feel so exposed. Janet and April were wonderful massage therapists though!!

Excellent experience. The spa was very lovely and service was great. Our massage was so relaxing. Perfect.
