“Booked a couples massage and infrared sauna session. The sauna was the first service and once it was complete, we were told to get into robes and wait for our massage in the lobby. We waited over 15 minutes, undressed in robes while people walked passed us constantly. It was very uncomfortable. If the wait was going to be in a public space for more than a few minutes, it would have been better to be informed so we could wait in our own clothing so we didnt feel so exposed. Janet and April were wonderful massage therapists though!!”

“After traveling 2 hours, I arrived at Holiday Valley for a wedding only to discover that I mistakenly brought a suit that fit me about 20 lbs ago. While the selection among men's clothes is spare, I was able to find two virtually new dress slacks that fit without alteration. The owner was helpful in determining which pair would go best with my jacket, shirt, and tie. She kindly steamed out the few wrinkles, and at a very reasonable price, I was soon on my way. In fact, I was ready before my wife and daughters. Many Thanks!”
