The shop is wonderful as are the beautiful yarns you will find. Each of these yarns are top quality either in beautiful neutrals or hand dyed creations. The owner is extremely knowledgeable not only on the fiber she produces on the farm but for best uses for each. You will have a warm and welcoming experience at the shop, in person at various events or via the online store

The Woolroom is a little gem of a yarn shop that is well worth a visit. It carries all yarn weights in Sandy’s home grown farm yarns as well as merino, silk, cashmere and yak blends. Sandy is a very gifted dyer who offers beautiful variegated and solid colored yarns with knitted sample sweaters, mittens, scarves and more. Every time I visit she has rearranged her shop to highlight new yarns and samples. Love going here!

I just got yarn for my 4th Longmeadow sweater...the colors are amazing! Sandy dyed the weight I needed in colors I love. I got to meet the sheep as well...a long drive for me, but an adventure very worth repeating!! --Leslie
