“We had an amazing time!! First things first, as novice glass people, be prepared to go back to get your piece or possibly pay for shipping!! Nate was very responsive over email with questions beforehand. Studio was very clean, great air flow, great lighting, handicap friendly. All that said, it is small, but the perfect size. Glass making gets hot!!! I Recommend earlier in the day. Also recommend sneakers but I don't know if it's required. Sunglasses are a must. No seating or public bathrooms, but if you have kids they may be accommodating. The website is very good too. Nate was so calm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. The class lasted about an hour for two people making individual ornaments. My 11-year-old and 8-year-old had an amazing time making ornaments. Was extremely hands-on. Great for a gift for, experience. Also many wonderful pieces for sale. Glass is not an inexpensive art. Seeing and learning how it works really, really helps you appreciate the cost of the craftsmanship. Wonderful part of the day trip. Part of a trip to Shaker museum or an overnight in the Berkshires. Just remember to go back and get your pieces!!”

“What to speak of the great souls that facilitate this wonderful place I was pleasantly surprised with all that they had to offer. There is a kirtan yoga Shala hall, a dipping pond, a spring fed creek that flows through the property and wonderful hills and views. The kids loved the trampoline and the soccer field and volleyball. Then the bonfire with vegan BBQ and s’mores was also a huge hit. The ashram building is quite impressive with it’s huge kitchen with window views to the forest also it’s cafe dining area, gift shop were great as well. On top of that they had plenty of nice facilities to take care of decent amount of people with bunk beds, reading rooms and well kept bathrooms.”

“This place is the best! Lessons, training and boarding all offered by the family run farm. The entire operation is friendly and professional, I highly recommend to anyone - the beginner wanting to try their first lesson or the tot for a pony ride, to the experienced rider (english/western/dressage/jumping/etc). The other riders are welcoming and the horses are healthy and happy. All of that coupled with reasonable prices makes this place a true gem!”

“To be honest, I was on my way to Loves when this place caught my attention. So I decided to give it a try. This place is WAY better than Loves. The people are friendly and they make sure that you are taken care of. The food is on another level! You get huge portions at a very reasonable price. Check out the picture of the bacon cheeseburger I ordered. I could only eat half! And, it was sooo good! They have a huge parking area. Yes, it's a dirt lot, but get this, NO POTHOLES! So truckers, if you're going through this area, please make sure you stop by here before going to Loves. Support the Mom and Pop truck stops. You won't be sorry!”

“One of my favorite toll plazas. An important place to stop on your way through the area.”

“For a place to stop during a long drive, whether or not you're a trucker, this is ideal. You can even take a shower! Great coffee at great prices, any snack you can think of, all sorts of beef jerky and chips and bags of yummy things. A matrix of energy drinks that would boggle the mind! But, at the risk of sounding cliche, the most important ingredient that this place uses is love! Yes I know that is their name, but you truly get the feeling that every person who works there is really glad that you're there. Shaking off the cold and walking into a strange place, you suddenly feel like you're visiting old friends. I know that's what they're going for, and boy do they ever hit the mark! The coffee is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced, and if you buy one of there refillable mugs, it'll stay warm a long time and you could refill it for a great price! On top of everything, they sell gas at very good prices as well. If it's ever worth going out of your way to gas up, this is the place!”
