They are willing to try programs and adjust old to make the programs better for their membership. Just this week they opened a new EPOC group training room that has all new fitness bells and whistles. They actually get involved with the community and with family events that encourage bringing the community and its membership together. Events like the annual veterans day celebration, comedy nights, workshops and raising awareness for other civil projects make them a true standout.”

“This is an amazing CrossFit gym to work out at. The coaches are very knowledgeable and on point. Always correcting your technique which is big to me and they watch everyone during the wod. If you are looking for great programming, great coaching & less of the cliques that many boxes have, then this is the place to be. Everyone is friendly & always pushing each other. This box is more of a family atmosphere. Truly enjoyable. I’ve grown so much in this gym at such little time, all credit to the amazing coaches and athletes.”
