I have never even had a relationship last that long ( I also am not a fan of doctors, scheduled visit, testing and you get the pic ) But he has changed my life, I was to the point of non functional. Just every day chores. Working with him eventually My life changed .He is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, dedicated to help relieve your pain and retain mobility. In my personal opinion, he is an example of what a Dr. Should be. Now, let's not forget that no man is an island and he could not do it without his staff . They to are dedicated to the patients welfare and health. Polite, kind,helpful and in grateful to them as well. Recently changes were made and things were our of sorts. “This is an amazing CrossFit gym to work out at. The coaches are very knowledgeable and on point. Always correcting your technique which is big to me and they watch everyone during the wod. If you are looking for great programming, great coaching & less of the cliques that many boxes have, then this is the place to be. Everyone is friendly & always pushing each other. This box is more of a family atmosphere. Truly enjoyable. I’ve grown so much in this gym at such little time, all credit to the amazing coaches and athletes.”
