She used a variety of techniques (video calls, videos showing specific comfort techniques, guided meditations/breathing exercises, and hands-on practice with my partner) to support me in the prenatal period. Once I was in labor, Elizabeth really worked her magic and guided me through the natural birth I desired. I did not use a doula for the birth of my first child, and wish I had found Elizabeth sooner, as she helped enhance my childbirth experience in so many ways. She was such a calm and reassuring presence for me and I highly recommend her to any expectant mother.”
