It was laid out by people with years of lifting experience. It's the most logical setup that I've seen in my three decades in gyms! It's not a meat-head gym! Many serious lifters, but without the attitude and bravado. Anyone can train here, and feel comfortable doing so. Myself and many other experienced lifters regularly help other patrons out.
