I had to check my name on my account (since I recently got married and changed it), get 3 counter checks, order 2 debit cards for 2 different accounts, order regular checks with my new name and address, and take out money from an account - and Jennifer killed it! She was soooo nice and sweet, double checking on things with me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. “The local staff at 1477 Main Street, Buffalo, NY are amazing. Smart, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The staff on the national phone lines, not so much. Gave much misinformation, when I questioned anything, the answer was pretty much that's how it is. They sent me first to the airport, knowing I had prepaid with a debit card. Airport staff stated they don't accept debit, only credit, and that national staff know that. So I had to change reservation to local Main Street shop. Had to take cab to both locations, costing me an extra $50-$60. Not happy with them. Very happy with Main Street staff.”
