“I always have a good experience with Enterprise-easy online reservations, easy car pick up and drop off, the car I reserve is available, typically very clean-sometimes (location dependent)-the tank is not always full which is annoying when your first stop is a gas station to get on the road.”

“The local staff at 1477 Main Street, Buffalo, NY are amazing. Smart, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The staff on the national phone lines, not so much. Gave much misinformation, when I questioned anything, the answer was pretty much that's how it is. They sent me first to the airport, knowing I had prepaid with a debit card. Airport staff stated they don't accept debit, only credit, and that national staff know that. So I had to change reservation to local Main Street shop. Had to take cab to both locations, costing me an extra $50-$60. Not happy with them. Very happy with Main Street staff.”
