The hits don’t stop there though, the thumbprint cookies are superb along with a bunch of other baked goods. Highly recommend if you’re living or passing through Amherst. He takes time to listen and address all my questions—it’s quite obvious that he really cares about his patients. And the staff—from reception to hygiene to billing—are professional and efficient. Just as important, EVERYONE in this office is so friendly and welcoming. No stress here—I actually look forward to my visits. I’m in my 70’s and have had a lot of work done on my teeth over the years. I moved to this area only recently, so of course it has been a challenge to find all new offices for my medical needs. “Very helpful and speedy service! Cheapest prices around too! I’ve been using King Petroleum for my household oil heat for a few years now and somehow I still manage to forget to check my levels when it gets low and occasionally run out of heat in the middle of the night during winter. Every time this has happened, they don't make me feel like the absent minded fool that I am and always find time to come same day for delivery and save my house from becoming a frozen fortress of solitude. They even showed me how to prime the heater in the past but sometimes I’d rather a professional do it (only $20!) plus they are so kind and quick about it. I called at 10am explaining my situation and someone was here and completed before noon! Even on busy days, the most I’ve had to wait was by end of day (if it was an emergency). In regular circumstance they sometimes still have same day or next day delivery. I would definitely recommend them for your household heating oil needs!”

Im 23 weeks and haven't been able to feel baby move in 3 days, they were so sweet to put my worried mind at ease, squeeze me in just for a quick listen to babies heartbeat to reassure me, didnt even hesitate with having me come in so they could take a listen! !! The customer service is on another level, they really take the time to educate you on ALL of your options, no BS, reliable, clean, punctual, and create some amazing products. I went with laminate countertops in Calcutta marble, no miter joints, a integrated backsplash, and rounded corners. “I have been going to this practice for my entire life. I have never had a bad experience with this practice and with this office. Dr. Kanaley has been my primary card dr since I have been a newborn. My brother and I both go to him, he knows my family very well. I have no complaints and I do recommend Dr. Kanaley and this practice to whoever is looking for a primary for their new born or their kids. I recommend them to my family and my friends. I will be sad when I have to leave them and go to a regular dr and not a pediatric dr.”

Liz was who took care of me and she was so kind, professional, and informative. She performed biopsies on the two moles that were concerning which was a quick and painless procedure. She also recommended I receive a full body check which I made the appointment for on the way out. The man at the front desk was also very polite and helpful!
