Better Smile of WNY

Awesome staff. They were able to get me in with a dental emergency at 8am the next day(I called at 4pm). I decided to come to them to get everything taken care of now. They explain everything that they are doing. Everyone is so nice. The office is clean and they take fidelis insurance....which you usually don't find both of those at the same time.

As usual I had a wonderful visit fir a cleaning. Everyone is so pleasant and professional it is very reassuring. I know going to the dentist is not high on people’s list of enjoyable things, but I can truly say Better Smile of WNY makes each visit a positive experience.

I just started going there about 6 months ago and I am very comfortable and like everybody they're very friendly. Have some teeth pulled and they were very good with me because I am a big baby about the dentist.

Always get the best care. Staff pleasant and professional. My wife and I have always had excellent results from Dr. Riad! He is patient and explains everything about any concerns or questions you may have.

I had a great experience with this dentist. He was flexible and able to accommodate my needs, giving me the best trip I've ever had at a dentist office.....and that includes addressing a cavity! For years i have avoided going to the dentist but with this office I feel so much more at peace.
