(July 10, 2021, 11:48 pm)Customer service is outstanding. Chose a mattress and when we got it home it was definitely not what we had tried at the store. They replaced it with no hassel and did not count it as our swap. Although the second mattress was significantly better than the first which must have truly been a dud, it wasn't what we were looking for. Another 5 minute conversation in the store and the new one was on the way. The salesman recalled our names and situation on the 3rd visit, over a month long period. Great experience and good quality.
