Every isle we went through was fully stocked and completely uncluttered. There were many more tills open than my local store, which aided in the smoothness of customer turnaround. “I contacted PC Surgeon to troubleshoot a laptop that kept turning off. The owner, Brian Hannon, returned my call promptly. This guy is brilliant! He not only listened attentively to the problem, but offered suggestions that I had not even considered. In fact, as we were on the phone, he was scanning his shop for the components to make the perfect laptop for my requirements. This computer was for a relative who is on the autism spectrum. She needed to have a reliable computer for quality videocalls and a CD-ROM. Unfortunately, none of the laptops I considered buying as a replacement even came with internal CD-ROMS. That wasn’t a problem for Brian because he simply put one in. The Dell laptop he built is far superior to her old HP in both speed and clarity. He installed a faster hard drive, more storage, a high-definition screen, and added lifetime tech support. The price was affordable and turnaround fast. What impressed me the most was not Brian's obvious proficiency, but his genuine empathy to our special needs. PC Surgeon truly exceeded my expectations. I recommend that anyone who needs computer help call them.”

“Went to get my tires fixed there, and unfortunately there was an little accident with my car getting backed into. And hey, accidents happen. But the auto manager Jesse took initiative and was very professional and helpful, he really handled the whole thing great. Stuff happens, but he was really accommodating about the whole experience and made it easy for me to get a claim settled and make sure the car was still safe to drive (it was only a fender bender but you never know). Great service 10/10”

“The customer service is amazing at Sears! Forget online shopping get your butts out and at least enjoy the experience and you'll get some exercise as well ????. Their jeans for kids were $5! There is so much on sale you could actually do your Christmas shopping right now there! The coupons that I got when I checked out where nothing but awesome one was more spend $15 get $15 cash back so that equals free!!!! Haven't been in Sears for a long time just wear appliances but this is my new favorite place you can't beat children's clothes for only 2 bucks it's cheaper than a garage sale!!!”
