Every isle we went through was fully stocked and completely uncluttered. There were many more tills open than my local store, which aided in the smoothness of customer turnaround. This store is the complete opposite to my local store, and is well worth the extra half hour travel time.”

All the employees there were super helpful and very kind. They were quick to help and to make sure I was okay, the manager even sat in the back with me until someone came to pick me up. Overall they were able to take an extremely traumatic and humiliating experience and help me to feel safe and cared for.”

“Customer service is outstanding. Chose a mattress and when we got it home it was definitely not what we had tried at the store. They replaced it with no hassel and did not count it as our swap. Although the second mattress was significantly better than the first which must have truly been a dud, it wasn't what we were looking for. Another 5 minute conversation in the store and the new one was on the way. The salesman recalled our names and situation on the 3rd visit, over a month long period. Great experience and good quality.”

“I highly recommend Mattress & More for their outstanding service, and casual/ no-pressure sales. I stopped in to inquire about a Full sized mattress for a guest bedroom. Mark was very friendly and suggested the American Bedding Cascade Firm Mattress. I returned with my wife a few days later to show her the mattress and see some comparable options that were available. We were then assisted by Matt, the owner, and were able to successfully purchase a comparable hybrid mattress with a metal platform frame for the same exact value as the Cascade Firm Mattress. We didn't need a box spring because the foundation was built into the bed frame, and we were able to transport the bed and frame in our own car. I never thought we'd be walking out with a bed and frame the same day, but it was compact and vacuum sealed in a box. Both Matt and Mark were very helpful and made this process seamless!”

“Went to get my tires fixed there, and unfortunately there was an little accident with my car getting backed into. And hey, accidents happen. But the auto manager Jesse took initiative and was very professional and helpful, he really handled the whole thing great. Stuff happens, but he was really accommodating about the whole experience and made it easy for me to get a claim settled and make sure the car was still safe to drive (it was only a fender bender but you never know). Great service 10/10”
