“Hey so I just want to say if you are moving from out of town this is the perfect place to come to. I have been in my apartment for a week and a half and I started this process about 2 months ago with Shalita. When I applied Shalita was very diligent with my paper work and with assuring me I would be just fine upon move in. It’s difficult when places want you to do a tour first and you are out of state. Shalita assured me that after I was approved I can move right in. That is such a relief after a 12 hour drive to know that you will have a designated home to rest your head. I absolutely love my apartment. I have never had a patio and this is so peaceful. I love the community because it is big but very quiet in my opinion. I never hear any noise at night and my peace is everything to me. I am so thankful for Shalita helping me because coming from another state can evoke many emotions if you do not know the area but after 11 days I know where everything is that I need. Come to Gable Oaks you will not be sorry. It’s very spacious for the price and it’s very safe in my opinion and absolutely beautiful views 🤍”
