Another local fireplace insert dealer had neglected to give me some material that went along with my insert for a realistic glowing ember effect. When I inquired about it the dealer told me I must have vacuumed them up!!. I refused to go back there because of all the problems I had with them -Southtowns Fireplace . I walked into Highland and they gave them to me for free. I'm very sorry that I didn't wait for their busy schedule to fit me in. Live and learn.”

If you own a GM, go here. If you own a Saab there IS NO BETTER PLACE TO GO THAN CAPPELLINO. The installation went very smooth. We had a combination of work done including the refinishing of an existing hardwood floor and installation of new hardwood floors.
