I went back a few days later because the seat it came with was painful and once again they were very helpful and figured out exactly what I needed very quickly. After 1 month of riding you can bring it back and they’ll make all necessary adjustments again!! We were expecting our first child, Troy got us on his schedule and got right to work. Troy was responsive, transparent, honest, and skilled. I work with contractors for a living in highway construction. I made it clear I didn’t want to play games, and Troy made it clear that’s not how he operates, and he delivered on that promise. If he saw another solution that was better/cheaper, he called me right away. He would call while buying materials to make sure I approved of type and cost. He also went above and beyond when unexpected issues came up. All in all, I would recommend these guys to anybody. You’re getting a fairly priced contractor who takes pride in his work, communicates effectively, and he and his crew are just genuinely nice, caring people.
