“Had advance cleaning come to clean carpets and furniture. They did an amazing job! Carpets went from brown and stained to white again! I have 2 dogs and 3 kids. So there was tough stains! Plus the house smells awesome! The two men that came were professional and finished the job quickly! They got here at 1pm and were out the door around 2:45. He gave me a price estimate and once I accepted they got to work. Will be using them again in the future as I’d like my carpets cleaned every 3-6 months. Will also recommend to anyone I know! “Our Fujitsu Heating/Cooling inverter went after 15 faithful years of service in our home, and it was time for a replacement. We heard good things about Allen’s, and gave them a call. Install date was 3 weeks from the service call. Everything went well, techs were helpful, but there is an INSANE markup on labor and parts: the service call was $150 just for them to look at it, and the inverter was $5,000. Crazy. However; everything is going up, so I can’t place the blame on them entirely. Given we got the exact same model as the one that went, we should be set for another 15-20 years. Thanks.”

“Beautiful little campground. Mostly seasonal, but well kept. Short term sites do not have sewer, but the dump station is convenient for big rigs. We stopped here a couple nights to visit friends as we drove through the area, but it's also a great spot an hour from Cooperstown. It's a winding climb to the campground, but worth the trip even if it is just for the ice-cream. We would stay here again if we are ever back to the area.”
