“Immaculate is an understatement. Great location minutes from the lake and right in between Indian Lake and Long Lake which are the two main towns with restraunts and shopping to pick up anything you might need. Lenny and Boca the owners are gracious and warm...always a friendly wave or helpful tip. Blue Mountain Rest is cute as a button and well maintained. There a lovely path you can walk down behind the property to take your pup. Dog friendly and there is a great dinner 50 feet across the street. After three weeks I feel refreshed and recharged ready to pick up where I left off back at home.”

“I used this company in June of '22 to pave my driveway and install some drains. It is very unusual nowadays to find a contractor who returns calls and comes to the site right away to issue an estimate. That is what the owner, Benjamin, did. After accepting his fair price he was able to start the work in just a couple of weeks. His crew of 8 guys showed up when they said they would and completed all the work in 1 day. They cleaned up after themselves and left me a beautiful new driveway. It is now 1 month later and the driveway looks great. I highly recommend this company for your paving/excavating needs”

“Cottages were very clean and most had lake view. The Cottages were very cozy with beautiful rustic paintings, kitchen and a beautiful living room. All cottages had fire pit, chairs and grill. The property had kayaks,life jackets, beach and a summer only jumping platform. There is a beautiful playground facing the water by the beach for the kids. They is a library/quiet room that is gorgeous! I had an amazing stay and definitely coming back!”

“This is the best place in the ADK to rent a cottage on the lake. I've been coming here for the past 5 years and my girlfriend for the past 17 years. This is one of my favorite places to stay. Good swimming, great fishing, full kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and oven, full bathroom and shower, and a spot for campfires. What more could you ask for! Jackie and her family are great. For a camping experience with the home amenities, give this place a try. You'll love it.”

“Located at the end of Benton Rd, north of the hamlet of Indian Lake. This site provides river access for a large number of cars. No outhouses, picnic tables or other services are available. Those launching boats here will be committed to a Class 2-3 whitewater run that ends at the Outer Gooley Club. Before launching, be sure that the water level is high enough (4 feet on the Hudson's Newcomb gage) and that access is open to the Outer Gooley Club (the road is closed by the DEC in the winter and early spring).”

“We had the most incredible experience! Our guide Helen was very knowledgeable. She knew when we could just drift versus when we needed to row and she was very precise in her commands which was very helpful. We got some great rapids and there was also periods of calm. This is a whole day adventure. They take professional photos that you can purchase which is nice to have. I would definitely recommend this company - they are smaller which makes it better b/c you are not constantly waiting for other rafts to catch up. The lunch was nothing to write home about - they could do better job with lunch!”
