Being a totally new to the CrossFit world, I have not felt more comfortable and guided in a fitness atmosphere. The coaches/staff here take their time to ensure you learn the correct form while reaching your goals. I’ve met nearly all the instructors and went to all their locations and they’re all well equipped. They have a HUGE variety of class times, so you can do this! It’s so easy, working out, feeling amazing, and repeat. There is no reason you shouldn’t be seeing results doing CrossFit here.
