My friend did most of her own arranging with Center's Choice but sometimes I would step in when my friend was not thinking clear. My friend was very absent minded, homebound, and had limited mobility, but Kris, and other’s at Center's Choice, were patient with her. They listened, responded quickly, and made sure that my friend had the care she wanted. This meant that I didn't need to worry as much, because I felt confident--even when I didn't see my friend for a week or two--that she was being well looked after. “Alba Medical supply has done wonders for my family and me. Unfortunately in mid August my grandfather had a stroke, and was unable to ambulate for some time. It was difficult for me but thanks to Alba Medical Supply, they were able to provide my grandfather with the things he needs to go on through the day. They had a large selection of hospital beds for sale as well as walkers, and a transport wheel chair with fair prices, and I am very happy with their service. He has such a wide range of knowledge when it comes to injuries and when it comes to targeting specific muscles to strengthen in order to fully recover. Dan takes the time to not only examine your strengthens and struggles but he also incorporates a holistic approach to his training. He has the perfect combination of motivating his clients as well as empowering them to push their limits. I have had chronic knee issues after ACL reconstruction and it was effecting my climbing. Dan has guided me through workouts to help activate certain muscles to reduce my knee pain and to help with my hip flexibility to reach knew levels in my climbing. Lastly Dan is trained with KT tape which has drastically improved my knee inflammation. Whenever I have issues he is the first person I contact to help me stretch, strengthen and overcome any sort of physical challenge.”
