I had a small problem when a piece broke but spike was able to fix the problem. It took a little more time to repair but he wanted to make sure everything was perfect and I respect that. The entire team communicates well and expedites your call or case. I really appreciate it. “Omg is the name of this place really “Pleasant”? I can’t imagine why because the lady working there was anything but. She was nasty for no reason. First one of the machines accepted the first $1.25 of $4.25 and would not take any more coins. They kept popping back out of the coin return. I tried and tried to no avail. I went to ask her for help and she came over with a HUGE snotty attitude and practically pushed me out of her way she was so annoyed. Then my grandchildren dared to push one of the carts and she screamed at me “Can’t you read the sign? Kids can’t use the carts!!” I was so angry at her continuous nasty looks the entire time we were doing our three big loads of laundry. Apparently Pleasant Laundromat was named before this woman came to work here, because our experience was anything but pleasant. Three of the six dryers we used didn’t even slightly dry the clothes so we had to switch the clothes and lost our money. I wasn’t going to tell that nasty woman because I’m sure somehow it would have been my fault.”

“I've never had any difficulty with the rao center and staff. I guess if you have you have nothing good to say. I'm sorry. I find that having an appt. Works out just fine. If you don't they will accommodate you. The Welcoming staff was always pleasant. Bloodwork/radiology staff friendly. The procedures and techs friendly. Sometimes people come late for scheduled appts. And that throws everyone else off. Patience. Be glad you don't have to travel to Albany for same procedures. Economy and Healthcare workers are doing their best. They are getting and keeping you healthy. Slow down.”

Penny gave us a bag of food, toys a microchip, all of the information we will need for her first appointment with our vet.
