“Omg is the name of this place really “Pleasant”? I can’t imagine why because the lady working there was anything but. She was nasty for no reason. First one of the machines accepted the first $1.25 of $4.25 and would not take any more coins. They kept popping back out of the coin return. I tried and tried to no avail. I went to ask her for help and she came over with a HUGE snotty attitude and practically pushed me out of her way she was so annoyed. Then my grandchildren dared to push one of the carts and she screamed at me “Can’t you read the sign? Kids can’t use the carts!!” I was so angry at her continuous nasty looks the entire time we were doing our three big loads of laundry. Apparently Pleasant Laundromat was named before this woman came to work here, because our experience was anything but pleasant. Three of the six dryers we used didn’t even slightly dry the clothes so we had to switch the clothes and lost our money. I wasn’t going to tell that nasty woman because I’m sure somehow it would have been my fault.”
