“I have been going to this place for 34 yrs+ . They are honest & kind and will tell you when they have time for your car. I moved 7 yrs ago out east about 40 min drive. Went to other mechanics. The last one made me wait 3 hours only to tell me that I need rear brakes and have to come back another time. Also said I needed 2 new tires . They couldn't do my inspection . They said the total bill would be approx $600. Finally ,I decided I rather drive back to C n J and pay them that much! CnJ told me that I only needed rear brakes & charged a more reasonable price. Also, I could go one more season for my tires ( I didn't see the bar in my tires yet and I had a flat recently I had gone to All weather tires in Huntington. They also said my tires should be checked & possibly replaced after the summer) I trust my life with C n J . They have kept 3 of my cars running ( I keep & buy my cars) . They kept my Celica 90 going for 260K miles until someone crossed in front of me from a side road and totaled my car! You can say you read this and tell them the girl with the light blue Celica 90 that worked at the gym across the street sent you! They are amazing and I'm so glad I went back to them!”

“I have been living here for two years now and all I can say is that I couldn’t be happier! I recently upgraded to a larger apartment and it’s perfection! Yes, there are little things that needed to be fixed here and there from the previous tenants, but the staff acted quick and everything I asked for to be adjusted or fixed was done promptly and correctly! The community itself I enjoy… it is VERY dog friendly which is great since I have 2 dogs myself so if you are not a dog person this is not the place for you. Living here reminds me of living back in NYC high rise looking out to see the water and the beautiful sunsets. The common areas like the lobby and the club rooms allow you a chance to interact with neighbors and meet new people which is very nice. As far as noise, you can hear neighbors above periodically, however that is to be expected with apartment living. The location is beautiful and feels like a hidden gem on Long Island. The only thing I can complain about that really bothered me was the dog feces around the property from irresponsible dog owners not picking up after their pets (especially when the property offers complimentary dog bags in case you do not have your own). Thankfully, management sent out a letter cracking down that they would be carefully monitoring and issuing fines for offenders no exceptions and it seems to have worked in getting the issue under control! Overall, Harbor Landing is a wonderful place to live and i look forward to continuing our residency here as we recently renewed. Props to Debra and her team for handling any/all issues promptly and for being so kind and pleasant to work with! They truly add to the magic of our wonderful community and make it all worth it!”
