She connects so well with the children and knows how to engage them during their visits so they are comfortable and have a positive dental experience. Our 9, 7 and 3 year olds have varying needs and she is able to pivot to address each of them with respect and compassion. During procedures Dr Sands is able to maintain quality of care by using unique ways to calm her patient. This has been so valuable to our family. Her support staff and waiting room are also fantastic, making it a place where we all feel welcome. We truly hit the jackpot with this practice and are staying for the long term. “The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Rina. I called her and explained that I was taking my grandchildren on a family trip and needed travel size kids toothpaste, which we couldn't find anywhere. Although we are not patients of this dental office, Rina told me that wasn't a problem and solved this issue immediately by giving me samples, so that the kids could brush their teeth with the toothpaste they are used to. Thank you for being so pleasant.”
