Body in Balance LI is a no-frills studio that has all the equipment you need, and Susan is a seasoned, knowledgeable instructor. I suggested Pilates to a friend who was looking to increase flexibility, and we chose Body in Balance LI because it was close to work. Susan set us up with duet sessions so we can work out together, and she accommodates our different needs and skill levels (as a newcomer and long(ish)-time practitioner) almost seamlessly. Her instructions are easy to follow and her tactile feedback is immensely helpful. I recommend Body in Balance LI for both someone who’s been practicing for a long time and someone newly interested in Pilates.”

“Dr Mary and Dr Joyce are nothing short of angels. I hurt my back when i was 18 working for my fathers construction business and continued to do so repeatedly for 10 years due to severe stubbornness. I went to which ever doctor was available because they are both equally gifted. They would fix me up in no time. If i had taken their advice, i probably couldve been pain free and healed properly, however i did not lol (my own issue). These doctors are worth driving to even from far distances.
