  Awesome place with fantastic staff! They work with me to strengthen my lower back muscles and help me get in shape. I've been with the gym about 4 months now and I feel so much stronger and have much better stamina. I've had 1 friend and my mother join since I started and they love it too. They work with all skill levels and around injuries.

  Over the course of the last 11 years I have both worked out at and worked for corporate gyms. This gym is such a breath of fresh air. Every thing from the stellar prices, the awesome customer service and the friendly atmosphere really shows just how different it is from your mainstream fitness facilities. The owners are the most personable, outgoing and friendly people you will ever meet. The facility is laid out in such a way where everything is only a few steps away and really allows your workout to flow nicely. The lower capacity allowance makes for a quick workout to be possible. Everything is brand new and constantly kept sparkling clean, which shows just how much they care for the members health. Covid may still be an ongoing issue but this gym truly makes you feel safe and allows you to be comfortable in a fitness environment. Highly recommend coming on down and giving it a try! You won’t regret it!

  I felt so safe in this environment. The owners are the most friendly, dedicated people you will ever meet. Very attentive and caring. Highly recommend trying it out! Can not wait to get even more amazing workouts in here!

  This gym has all of the equipment that I need - cardio, strength and functional equipment! It's clean and brand new too. I signed up for a gym membership and I purchased a personal training session package with Shane. The gym is in a great central location for me too between home (up the street) and work (in Farmingdale). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  I felt like I had to get out of the hosue and do some physical activity being couped up so much with this lockdown. I am not a "gym guy", I scheduled a free session I saw advertised on the Titanium fitness website. I was very impressed with the experience. The place has a very laid-back atmosphere. My trainer, Erica was very pleasant, clearly knew what she was doing and was very attentive to safety with the equipment (again, not a gym guy didn't know how to properly use equipment before coming in). The entire place was SPOTLESS, the equipment was
  routinely sanitized during my visit. I felt very safe and comfortable being there. The other owner came and chatted with me for a bit (also extremely pleasant). I highly recommend Titanium fitness even if its just to get out of the house and do some physical activity in a safe environment with this whole virus thing going around. On top of that it feels good to support a local business when so many are hurting from new regulations. Thanks to everybody at Titanium fitness for a great and safe experience! I scheduled another session for next week.
