“Came here on Friday for a nice lunch & drinks. Got the $80 lobster bake with stuffed crab meat for additional $15. Menu said 1.5 Lb lobster but appeared much larger. Accompanied by clams, mussels, corn, roasted potatoes in a marinara sauce. I must admit it was quite good 👍 and worth the splurge. The Apple Pomegranate salad was a bit watery. Charred octopus was okay and a bit small on the portion size. Friendly staff and good service. Good spot for dates or celebratory dinners. Credit cards have additional 3.5% service fee. Cash is king. “Hubby and I came here for lunch. The bistro is located inside Holiday Inn on the ground floor. The place is enormous, with a big bar in the middle and dining areas surrounding the bar area. We checked in at the hotel and then came here for lunch. They open at noon, so try to give the bartender time to prepare to serve. Lunch was served by the bartender because they don't get a lot of crowds coming here for lunch unless there's an event. We had Beet Goat cheese salad and Chicken Quesadilla. I liked their Goat Cheese salad. It was served in a big bowl and filled me up after. It was served with strawberries, orange on top, and many slices of beets. Yummy! I also tried the Quesadilla. That was not bad at all. The following day we had breakfast here too. I had Huevos Rancheros and Hubby had some eggs. Breakfast turned out to be good too. Very good meals for our one-night stay.”

“I had my daughter’s first birthday party at the Social Play Haus and it was PERFECT!! We had the 3 hour catered event with over 50 adults and 10 children of all ages. Everyone had such a great time! “As a frequent flyer of Chiddy's cheesesteaks in farmingdale, I obviously had to give the Commack location a try - and it did not disappoint. Are you not drooling by looking at the pictures of the food I included in this review? Because all I want is more Squealin' Fries (bacon and cheese fries). My go to order is always a custom cheesesteak because I'm a plain Jane with toppings - ribeye steak, with wiz and that's it. I think next time I will add the chipotle aioli sauce to my custom cheese steak though and a small squealin fries. With your meal you get a complimentary canned soda which I think is quite nice. Shout out to Evan for great customer service! I tried the apple pie empanada and it was delish! I'm usually not one to order a full meal and dessert when eating out unless it's a special occasion but it soooo good and I'm glad I took Evans suggestion to try it out. This is the best cheesesteak place on Long Island. So you better check it out!”

“Discovered this last week and I’ve already been back three times! This place is amazingly delicious. A little pricey but you get bang for your buck with quality and taste! Wish I would’ve take more pictures but so far we’ve tried: the pork & cheese pupusas, the birria tacos & quesadilla, blackened chicken tacos, blackened shrimp tacos, steak tacos, taco fiu fiu which have steak, chicken, AND shrimp on one taco, everything has been delicious. Flavor and quality is CONSISTENT. And their hot sauce is tasty on everything! Customer service is great too, they always answer questions and know what to recommend! Definitely going back!”

We got an antipasti salad, a large cheese pie with 2 meatball slices, and shrimp fra diavolo. I just had 2 slices of the pie and a garlic knot. It was still as excellent as I remember. I missed this. “A great neighborhood shop serving up one of my favorite slices of pizza in NY. It's a nice corner shop on a little strip of stores in Franklin Square. It has that classic pizzeria feel, and the pizza is fantastic. The staff is solid and welcoming too. I usually go for the plain cheese, but their specialties are great too. Their buffalo chicken slice is fantastic, and highly recommended. The crust is super thin and perfectly cooked. It's a little chewy, crispy, but not overdone. For the plain slice, the sauce is super flavorful, seasoned and savory, and not sweet. It's the perfect amount and thickness of cheese, again flavorful and a little salty, and not greasy at all. Prices are also super reasonable. They aren’t open too late, so check the hours first if you're looking for a late dinner or night snack.”

We usually struggle with the fourth since we don’t like tomatoes, last time we went with spicy feta and liked it. Order the Turkish Bread if it’s available (off the menu). Fluffy stretchy goodness.
