“So, I will nuance that I didn't have an escort, since not sedated. I have seen in other reviews that escorts have to wait in the corridor, and I did see a bunch of people standing around in the corridor, so that seems plausibly true. That said, I didn't have an escort, so will ignore escort-related issues, since not something I have personal experience with. From my own point of view: - check-in process was a little cold, but was perfectly efficient, and was fast - once checked in, the nurses were all super friendly and helpful to me - there are conceptually four 'types' of space in the center: - the corridor, where I guess the escorts wait - the check-in area, which has a few very widely spaced seats - a big area where we are prepared for the intervention. This area has individual spaces for each patient, surrounded by curtains. Each space is fairly large. There's a wheeled bed in the space, where you lie down, and will get wheeled around for the intervention later - the whole space felt pretty safe to me. There's plenty of people around, and everyone seemed very friendly to me. It seems fairly peaceful, and very clean. - and then lastly the operating rooms, where one has the intervention - I got wheeled from the preparation room into the operating room, on the wheeled bed For the intervention itself (a colonoscopy), the nurses were all super helpful and friendly to me, I felt. They worked together well as a team I felt. I enjoyed using East Side Endoscopy for my colonoscopy screening, and would be very comfortable/happy to use East Side Colonoscopy for any future screenings. (nuance: I didn't get any bills yet, but hopefully that won't be an issue, cross fingers...)”

“I can't say enough good things about Harlem Academy. HA guided us through the process of helping our son to apply to a selective boarding school. (he got in- to his first choice- with nearly 100% financial aid). Virtually all of the students from his class are attending selective high schools- whether boarding, independent day, or parochial- most with significant or total financial aid. Our son is the first person in our family to attend this type of school, and this wasn't even on our radar until HA. Most importantly, our son has remained close to his HA friends- they are like family. Mr. Dotoli has remained a mentor and a friend to our family. HA was truly a gift and I would wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone lucky enough to be able to attend. The classes are small, the children receive personalized attention, and the academic successes and outcomes speak for themselves.”

“ABG is not only professional and efficient, their company and staff are friendly, talented, and work hard to deliver exceptional quality products. They somehow completed a rush order for me with a few days to spare and the end result was better than I ever expected! A huge special thank you to James Reiss, Jesse Safir, Kyle Ricke, and Pamela Warshavsky! This team worked insanely hard to provide my event and organization with stellar signage and I could not be more grateful. I'm looking forward to working with them again in coming years.”

“The Housing platform it's self is great. It has all the accommodations that one might want in a house in Harlem only in the form of an apartment. We are talking private electronic parking lot, laundry room accommodations, 24 hour human security with a Optimum response time, porters that keep the building immaculately clean, experienced maintenance men, working elevators at all times, no graffiti urine or other trash ever tolerated in the building, A Very nice community room with its own bathroom and entrance and kitchen, great neighbors and people, so much more I can say. I LOVE IT HOPEFULLY SO WILL YOU.”

“Beautiful merchandise with a huge variety of everything you’d need. Really helpful staff who were kind & accommodating. Was surprised to see Tibetan/buddhist items along side crystals & beads. Most of it was quite expensive but I was also rushed. Will be back!!”

“I've been in the food industry for the last 16 years and never have I been so blown away by the food, drink and service execution than with Libby and Acquolina Catering. Between the tastings and actual event, it was some of the best meals we've ever had in New York. Save yourself the time of searching for a caterer for your event, because Acquolina is all you need. From the raw bar and taco station to the perfectly timed dinner and bombolini of dreams, they can do anything. How often do you hear wedding guests say, "This is one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had?" Even more, Acquolina packed up leftovers for us and we had our wedding meal the night after too. We couldn't wait to continue the feast. If you're lucky enough to work with Libby and team, you're in for a treat that will leave you with memories that last a lifetime. (Also the best food coma you'll ever be in!)”

“We entered this random tailor store yesterday after we had an emergency and needed to print some stuff and nothing else was open. However, it was one of the sweetest interactions ever. Mr. Kelly didn't have to help us and it was completely out of the scope of their services, but he still chose to help us. Definitely going there if I need some relevant services from him. Interactions like that are what make the city special and I was glad I went in there. Recommend everyone to go if they need some fantastic tailoring services.”

“So many options of different mediums. Staff check in with you if they pass by and are very friendly. The store is huge with so many art supplies. The store is clean and simple, the isles are not narrow. Music played was subtle and psychedelic that the store employees searched up and the music would play songs that were related to the same theme.”

“We hired Mattera Design, Inc. to update our NYC apartment to a smart home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Joe Mattera and his team worked diligently and quickly to install speakers in every room of the apartment, change the thermometers, install a TV, and coordinate lighting so that everything functions on the same system. Joe and his company did an amazing job and went above and beyond to accomplish exactly what we were looking for. Joe responds to emails right away and works quickly to resolve any issues. His team is very responsive as well. They installed high-quality products and everything looks beautiful. We highly recommend Mattera Design and would hire them again for future needs.”

“Dr. Wilson is the best! He was very kind and patient during and after my skin cancer surgery. I had a very big incision and he promised me everything would be ok and he kept his word. My scar is healing beautifully and I feel confident that it will continue to do so. Dr. Wilson is the perfect combination of serious about his work and warm and compassionate to his patients. Also a special thank you to Kate who held my hand when I needed it. You are both so good at what you do and I feel very grateful that I found you. With gratitude, Barbara L.”
