On the downside parking was tough to find a spot, it was self-service when ordering and unfortunately they forgot one of our food items and charged for an extra drink. In their defense, it was a busy bocce night and they were quick and agreeable to fix the mix ups.”

“Started working out here while our daughter did gymnastics at Flips next door. Now we come here 2 to 3x a week. Get personalized workouts tailored to my wife, my 13 year old son, and myself at a really amazing price. Staff is great and really knowledgable. Will adjust workouts to suit your body type or if you are recovering from an injury. I also appreciate the nutrition and supplement advice they give. Recommend checking them out.”

“We had a great experience with Paul and Linda at the Cozy Resort Cattery. They are friendly and kind. Our little cat spent 2 weeks there and she did not want to come back home. They treated our cat really well and gave us all the options to leave her there and pick her up. A great help for us. It is really hard to leave your cat with somebody when you have to travel but, at this resort, I know they are going to do the best for my cat.”

“If you have a gluten allergy or sensitivity or even Celiac, you HAVE to try this place. They are 100% gluten free! They also allow for dairy free, soy free and nut free for many items. The menu looks normal with pretzel bites, chicken fingers, pizza, stir fry, sandwiches, wraps and get this FRENCH TOAST! It was incredible! I had it dairy free and added apples, it was so moist and delicious. They have an amazing bakery as well. You can get items to go, including bread, pizza dough, and baked goods. Peanut butter bars, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, so many types, cinnamon rolls, and more. Several are dairy free. This family has done an amazing job to serve the GF community. We were able to get a table both times we went in, and it was after the normal lunch rush, but it would totally be worth the wait if you had to wait for a table. I'm so thankful for Kith & Kin. Thank you!! Update: I'm still thinking about this French toast days later!! So so soooo good!”

“I'm quite angry.. with myself for not finding the Diet center sooner! This is by far the only program I have been successful with. I haven't left a review until now because I was waiting to reach a big milestone.. I have that now.. 50+ lbs and counting. I started in July and have been amazed at the progress I've made.. I felt disgusted and was depressed.. I'm not sure how I came about the decision initially but I'm so glad I google searched "diet centers" that day. I came to the center not knowing what to expect but it's been a positive experience for the most part.. there have been rough moments where I was not having a good week and felt overwhelmed, but Kristen and the other coaches were there for me and encouraged me that having setbacks is ok. Even when I only lose 1 lb it's still a loss!! I went to buy clothes today and I was nervous and grabbed a size with expectations of having to get a bigger size.. it was the opposite.. “When we were building a new parking lot for our law firm in downtown Buffalo, we were told that putting up parking signs to keep others out would be impossible because they would be stolen or the weather would destroy them. “Dr Lewis is the best, compassionate and knowledgeable man, he has restored me many times, today I couldn't bend down and put my dog's food bowl on the floor, I was in soooo much pain in my lower back and neck, even my jaw was cracking.I called Dr.Lewis's office and he saw me within an hour. He adjusted my my neck and back, I could feel the difference even before I got off the table, I was able to enjoy my life again, he has treated my 2 brothers,my niece who has sclerosis, my elderly mother, an Uncle and some of my coworkers.
