“After reading some reviews, we were hesitant to visit this museum. The wax figures weren’t the best compared to some we’ve visited here in the U.S. and Europe, and the place could use plenty of updates, but we were glad we did go because it is full of Niagara history. A couple of interesting exhibits show notable people that have visited, and the daredevils who have either succeeded or failed to conquer the falls. A good place to visit with your family.”

“RJ's was absolutely delicious. It is everything you want with an ice cream stand. They offer both hard ice cream (Perry's) and custard. I order a chocolate milkshake and it was great one of the best milkshakes in lockport. My one complaint would be I ordered mine extra thick but it still felt pretty thin. Also on a side note there is an attached indoor eating area which is nice.”

“My grandparents were very well cared for on the CARE/Dementia unit. The programming is wonderful, the staff genuinely cared for the residents. We had a concern here and there, but it was always addressed in a timely manner. Both cleaned their plates at meal time. Both passed away within the months of each other under Hospice care, my Gram on Jeannies unit. I can't say enough about the staff there either, excellent care and communication. These are difficult times in Healthcare.. rules are made for them by NYS and they did the best with what they were dealt. I also believe the family has responsibility too..visit (as allowed) , communicate concerns, don't look for perfection.. it doesn't exist. You don't get 1:1 care anywhere you go. I truly felt the Northgate staff genuinely tried their best, we didn't want to place them, but were very pleased with our choice.”

“My company orders from here all the time. I haven't been to the business, but I have had their food. For a catering business, I am satisfied on how the food is prepared and presented (Comes in sturdy foil pans and individual packaged utensils). The food is good, and neutral tasting to please everyone's palette. I really enjoyed the sausage and peppers/onions, as well as the baked chicken. There was also noodles and sauce, I am not a fan of the sauce. It's a little to bitter for me. There was also roast beef with reg/weck rolls along with butter.”
