“Ralph is great. He fit us in on a busy day, with really short notice. I told him I just needed a toilet wax ring replaced. He thought he was coming for a quick fix. Turns out that the toilet we had, no longer fit the new offset, after our renovation. He had to go to 2 different places to get us a new toilet and the parts to install it.
