“This was so much fun!!! Well worth the VIP tickets. We got the 7pm time slot and we're 2nd in line and they actually let us through around 6:45pm. The sets are amazing! The props were so realistic. Some places it was hard to tell if they were statues or actors. I did wish there were more actors to handle the sets vs 1 actor manning a couple of nearby sets. A few time we saw them jump out at the people ahead of us and then come back to jump out at us. It took away the scare factor. Also a warning, keep your distance from the people ahead of you so they get a chance to reset the scene. The 1st house we were too close to the people before and behind so the scares were triggered by them and we didn't see anything. But once we waited a min or 2 for the people ahead to get past the scare we finally got the 😱 lol. Then we started to have lots of fun being scared hehehe”

“For kids standards they will have a blast. Not the best location, nice options. Floors Could be a little more clean and the staff could of been more productive and motivated when it came to their job. Other wise the race car course is cool. Just a heads up each location offers different apparatuses.”

“We enjoyed the visit very much with a 10 year old and 7 year old. They liked all of the attractions. We're Lego fans. The lines were relatively short. The interactive features and decorations while in line were great. Favorite rides were The Dragon coaster and the pirate ships with water cannons. The hotel is lovely and made to engage kids. They loved our castle room. What could be better: 1 - very limited food and long wait with online ordering required. Since there are no working fountains, getting water was expensive and available in limited places. Refill stations would be nice. 2 - limited benches around ride areas for waiting adults to sit 3 - limited shade 4 - apps required for dining did not show a menu in advance of ordering. Other features were limited and didn't show well on either Apple or Android phone”

“Well for starters the trip I had was completely astounding, as I was heading to work with a mate of mine driving on route 17 during the middle of a blizzard I decided we should ditch work and have some fun at the castle. As traffic backed up for miles for what I assumed the attractions at the castle I was starting to have second doubts.. however with sure perseverance and a little bit of joy we made progress toward the exit ramp to chester. As cars piled up on the highway trying to merge over for the castle I decided maybe it was for the best that we didn't go. However this was the best 2 hours of my life sitting outside of the castle watching the go karts slide across the track in the snow.”

“You can dance if you want to, You can leave your friends behind... But it's better with friends and even friends-of-friends, So go and have a really good time! ???? Have been going for years. It's a tradition at this point for me and many others who attend. Obviously, it's pricey--except for the admission, which is very inexpensive--and you have to try to get there early for ideal parking... But there is ample amount of parking after the main lots are full (for some shillings). But there is ye olde shuttle, which is free. Honestly, this place is magical in a way. The people working there are good at playing characters, who are good-natured and know when to ham-it-up. Lots of laughter. Everyone works really hard, no matter what they're doing. Whether they are a part of the park staff, security, janitor, actor, performer, bartender, cook, or store manager or employee, the beads of sweat do not go unnoticed. Long live the Faire! Huzzah!”
