“Updated 4/9/23 They treated my Jason in the most kind awesome manner. I’ve been quite a few times since they opened. The workers, rides, decorations, layout and shows are wonderful. We love this place, I wish it was opened past the Christmas season. Five stars. They have reopened for the Easter season and it was just as fantastic. I am very thankful towards all of the staff especially Megan who is totally awesome and how she treated my son Jason. I had a five stars I’m still gonna give this place 10💯🏆”

“We had an excellent time at Santa’s work shop, ages 6 month to 13 and they all had a blast! Definitely a step in the past type place but totally worth a visit. The magician was awesome and did an excellent job and everyone was super friendly. 39$ to get in but honestly we spent 3 to 4 hours here and we thought it was worth the price. Will return in the winter”

“Ok, so let me start with the only bad thought I had about the whole experience... $40 per person for ONE Hour of play. I didn't find the value to match. But, they do have to pay mall rent, so... I'm not removing a star for that. The rest was all good! We had CJ as our host and he's so much fun!!!! The games go by in a fluid nature. You do lose a good amount of time in big groups because of rule explanations and clarifications. We had 11 people and the constant clarification ate away at least 15 total minutes. Which is of course a quarter of the time in the room. All in all, if you're friends are into games this is a must experience! You will have fun for a full hour and there's nothing that tops the big check and bragging rights!!!”

We've gone through corn mazes, wagon rides, sunflower field and zinnia fields, food, bought pumpkins and wine slushies! There is an entrance fee but a lot to do while there.”

“This was so much fun!!! Well worth the VIP tickets. We got the 7pm time slot and we're 2nd in line and they actually let us through around 6:45pm. The sets are amazing! The props were so realistic. Some places it was hard to tell if they were statues or actors. I did wish there were more actors to handle the sets vs 1 actor manning a couple of nearby sets. A few time we saw them jump out at the people ahead of us and then come back to jump out at us. It took away the scare factor. Also a warning, keep your distance from the people ahead of you so they get a chance to reset the scene. The 1st house we were too close to the people before and behind so the scares were triggered by them and we didn't see anything. But once we waited a min or 2 for the people ahead to get past the scare we finally got the 😱 lol. Then we started to have lots of fun being scared hehehe”

“Zoom flume was just what we needed as a fun day out in the Catskills. The park is small and a few of the rides aren't in operation anymore, but it was still very fun! You can definitely go on all the slides during a weekday within two hours, so it's kind of expensive for what you get. You're not able to bring food or beverages inside the park, but you are able to go back to your car when needed, which was a plus. Not sure if I'll go back but it was fun to do at least once!”

My little ones had an absolute blast! 👶👦 🎉 The rides are designed for kids above 36 inches, and those between 42 and 48 inches can ride alone without an adult. Plus, there are some exciting kiddie rides that kids up to 54 inches can enjoy! 🎢 🚗 Ample parking space and a relatively uncrowded atmosphere made our visit even more enjoyable. The $15 wristband with unlimited rides was definitely worth every penny! 💵 ⏰ We made sure to come early, and we practically had the whole park to ourselves, which was fantastic! The park is open from Wednesday to Sunday, 11 am to 6 pm, during July and August. Make sure to check the website for the most up-to-date hours. 🗓️ 🎡 My 5-year-old and 1-year-old went on multiple rides and had an absolute blast! It's a fantastic place for a fun-filled family day. Highly recommend for parents looking to entertain their little ones. 🥳 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely five stars from our family! We'll be back for more fun soon! 🎡🎢👪”

“Great place to visit and bring kids to experience. The prices are reasonable my advice is to get the one day wrist band. FYI. The staff are very helpful.The restrooms are clean and well kept. There are lots of parking available. Bring beach wear there are water rides and regular rides, also sneakers are a must lots of walking. Arrive early lines for favorite rides may get long. The staff are very professional and helpful. Don't plan any other activities for said day 😘💖 it's an all day event and please get lots of rest the night before. I can't speak for everyone but my experience was truly an amazing and incredible adventure. I will definitely be returning sometime in the future.”

“I called really late last night to get a ride to the airport from Lockport. My driver Sam picked me up shortly after I called. He was very professional. This was the best ride I was ever given. I use Uber, LYFT, and other ride sharing services and this ride was absolutely amazing!! Car was very clean and organized. Driver was very respectful and nice. I was hungry so he pulled over. “We enjoyed the visit very much with a 10 year old and 7 year old. They liked all of the attractions. We're Lego fans. The lines were relatively short. The interactive features and decorations while in line were great. Favorite rides were The Dragon coaster and the pirate ships with water cannons. The hotel is lovely and made to engage kids. They loved our castle room. What could be better: 1 - very limited food and long wait with online ordering required. Since there are no working fountains, getting water was expensive and available in limited places. Refill stations would be nice. 2 - limited benches around ride areas for waiting adults to sit 3 - limited shade 4 - apps required for dining did not show a menu in advance of ordering. Other features were limited and didn't show well on either Apple or Android phone”

“I have been to Paws during Happy Hour not once or twice but many times. That is proof of the fact that I love this place. Any restaurant that makes me go again and again has a couple of things going besides being a very convenient location. One is service and the the other, of course, is the quality of food. In the service area, I haven't seen a better person than Mitch. He makes an exceptional old fashioned but I have also had gin and tonic as well as scotch. He has a very pleasant personality' Also hard working and pays good attention to any customer needing help. I admire him since he is also a student at other times. In the food area, I love the brussel sprouts and the calamari but I cannot leave without the sushi rolls and the sashimi. Hopefully the managers read this review.”
