“Was looking for a new team hat as I lost mine of over 10 years on a trip (my wife would say it was time for a new one). In my search I happened across East American Sports. Found a hat that fit what I was looking for and ordered it. The hat showed up, and unfortunately had manufacturer defects that I do not fault EAS for. Communication was great and I emailed with Sal through the whole process. Easy to work with, and while they didn't offer prepaid return shipping, they did refund my shipping costs back to them. 5 stars for service. Will try to visit the store when I'm around.”

“Dr. Tocidlowski, Is an amazing MD, he is kind, has a great deal of patience, listens to your concerns. Unfortunately, thing did change when Optium took over the practice, suddenly there were no appointments, too many new patient's added into the mix and wait times increased. This was not Dr. Tocidlowski's fault, more so a failure of the new health care company. Once again corporate greed overshadows patient care. Shame on them, when people pushed to the max they will become unhappy and leave. Hoping to find out were Dr. Tocidlowski ends up my family and I will follow him to his new practice.”

“I have a 1998 Herman Miller Aeron chair which was no longer working- seat wouldn’t go up and down and side levers did nothing. I reached out to Office Replacement Parts to have them repair it. I live out of their normal area of service, so understandably, they were reluctant to travel so far to repair one chair. They worked with me through photos and my explanation of the problem, and told me what parts to order and how to fix it. For about $60, my chair is back to working like new. I imagine if I lived closer, he would’ve come and done an excellent job on the repair for a very reasonable price. I am very grateful to Adam for his help. It is hard to find an honest, good company like ORP.”
