“I’m a professional basketball player and was looking for a solid gym to get some work in while in NY. I found it. Incredible facility. Very nice basketball court (floors are clean), multiple full courts w/ pro 3-ball line. Indoor track and nice fitness center. More importantly, staff makes you feel at home. Really good people working here. I recommend any athlete or even someone who just needs a gym to get a membership here. Price cannot be beat.”

“Staff is very helpful and polite. Building is safe and clean. Location is ideal. My only complaint that the pool restrictions are very limiting to a full time worker with a flexible schedule. There is no flexibility when it comes to pool memberships. They are operating from a scripr written in the 1980’s. Time to realize it is 2018.”

“Great facility, great staff. At first I didn't want to go here because of some reviews. But I was in the area and stopped in with my son to find out more information. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, they even let us go in to do a trial class even though we didn't make an appointment. Anyone that complains about the way the teachers teach probably was not paying attention. Gymnastics is a sport that can be dangerous if not done carefully, kids should not be running around and doing whatever they want.”
