“Rockaway Park Urgent Care is the best!!! This Urgent Care has the best Doctors & Nurses. Everyone is so kind to you. I went there along with my dad & they provided us both with the best care. The wait wasn’t long at all, wayyyyy better than the usual Hospital emergency room, where they legit make you wait for like 3-4 hrs!!!!! Over here it just took me overall 20 minutes, Dr. France is amazing, she’s so sweet & will make sure you get the best care. I highly recommend this place. “The doctor and the staff are all very nice, professional, and caring for their patients. They do excellent job (they are good at what they do), and more precious thing is they genuinely put their patients first. I am dreadful going to see any doctors, especially dealing with this kind of issue. However, I feel happy every time leaving the clinics. They are very funny and supportive. They are willing to spend time with you, but it also sometimes leads to long wait time. So bring a book or make sure your phone is fully charged. I have been going to Dr. Tsai for years now and will keep going to him.”
