Great experience!
LITERALLY every staff person I’ve came across have been nothing but nice to me.
I choose to walk to the OR for my C-Section & was cheered on by nurses & my DR. Standing in the hallway as I walked by they were shouting things like “you got this.” “You can do this.” ETC.
When in my room, I received great treatment, I received everything I asked for in a timely manner & Every single one of my questions were answered.
This is baby #3 & I gave birth to my middle child at Albany med in 2014 & it was a absolute disaster so This is definitely a relief and a huge weight lifted!

We had our second baby here at burdett and are still amazed at the great experience. My birth was absolutely amazing and I felt comfortable and listened to! The in room jacuzzi tub not only helped me deliver faster but was so relaxing during my contractions. Every member of staff treated me with kindness and equality. My obgyn came in completely ready to support me during delivery and helped me feel completely comfortable and safe. The meals were exceptional for our three day stay. We drove an hour away to deliver here and don't regret it! Highly recommend Burdett as the go to for a beautiful delivery.
Had the best experience. My nurse Alexa was amazing. She stayed with me for more than half of her shift. She took her time making sure I was comfortable, she was really knowledgeable and helped me so much managing my pain. My doctor Dina Gottesman is the best doctor ever. She came in just to deliver my baby. She was Monitoring my progress from the moment I got to the hospital. I am so grateful and thankful for all of her help. I recommend her 1000%. She will be the only doctor to deliver all my kids.
Had my first baby there in August 2021. My husband and I were there for a total of 4 days, 2 days for induction and 2 once baby was here, and the whole time we felt so well taken care of. The nurses, midwives, and lactation consultants were AMAZING and very helpful, especially to first time parents. I will definitely be going there again for any additional babies we might have!
