Kiki is the best midwife. She answered my call when my water broke and walked me through each phase until the baby was born. She was very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was at the hospital. She went above and beyond. Highly recommend. Nataliya Hinrichs

I switched to the midwifery during my second trimester of my first pregnancy and it was the best decision I could have made. All of my interactions with any and all of the staff members were very pleasant. I always felt like my questions were answered and my concerns taken very seriously. After meeting all the midwives throughout my pregnancy, I felt totally comfortable with whoever it would be that ended up delivering my baby. I feel like they made the best decisions for me and my baby that led to him getting here safely.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I can’t say enough good things about this caring group of midwives, nurses, and receptionists. Carrie and Chris at the front desk are always friendly in the office or on the phone; most of the time I don’t even need to tell them my name, they just know who I am. Amanda and Connie are always helpful with medical problems and prompt to return your call. Shelby was the best I could have had to deliver my baby. Pam, Margaret, Maureen, and Kiki are all great and very knowledgeable. This group of midwives takes a patient centered approach and listens to and values what the patient has to say. I had the best care for my high risk pregnancy and if I ever have another child this is 100% where I will go for care. Truly, the best midwifery group in the capital region.

I'm giving 4 stars now, because I'm just starting with them. I decided to leave a comment, because I really appreciate the communication with this office. Carrie and Connie have been great with following up with me and calling me about questions I may have called about or written in the patient portal. They are very kind and personable, haven't met them in person yet.

Chris at the front desks knows me by voice, because I call so much and she's not annoyed with me yet lol. Carrie at the front desk, also very kind.

So far, so good. They even squeezed me in to last minute appointments either same day or next day.

After my last experience with a midwifery in Latham, I will stay right where I am.

This practice is amazing! I love Kiki and Maureen, they’re amazing and I was lucky Maureen delivered my baby boy because I praying for either of the two to be there on the day I was delivering.

My entire experience at this practice is nothing but positive. It was my first pregnancy and they made me feel so much at ease throughout the process. Truly, I recommend this practice to any new to-be-mom that asks me!
