“Wonderful! Came here for a late-afternoon lunch with my family, the menu is packed with tons of great selections!! The food is yummy, service is fast, and the waiters are absolutely amazing! Always checking up to see how you are doing, and the portion sizes are very huge for the price you are paying. Parking lot is in the back, so if you have a car, no need to worry about street parking. Highly recommended! Will always be coming back whenever we are in the area.”

“My husband and I along with another couple went to Navy Pier Prime for dinner last evening. It was a great experience. I give them a 10 out of 10 for ambiance, hospitality and service. For food I give a 9 out of 10 because all but one of the dishes were heavy on the salt. Our server Nora was warm and friendly with a funny personality and knowledgeable about the food and drink menus. The Manager came over twice to check on our table. The speed of service was also good. The portion sizes were large. Decor is very appealing,. We will definitely go back.”

Utensils, dishes were tasteful and I appreciate those details, it makes a big part of the overall experience! Customer service was superb -they really go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience! For example, the salad dressing was too spicy for me and they took it off the bill. My advice for the future, so this doesn't happen again is to let customers know in advance the level of spiciness! Potatoes were delicious but egg whites were a little undercooked! Overall, the food can further be perfected but given that they just opened up, and listen to customer feedback, I am sure, they will do great! I'll definitely come back to try something sweet!”

Thank you McDonald's for your patience. I know there's NO restaurant or business is going to be easy as you go on and you get house cleaning with your whichever you work for especially McDonalds they will work with you say you don't have your ID well they'll give you like maybe a week to get your stuff straight so that you can work in the main signs I'll let you work until you get your ID but they're going to give you a time frame here. such hard work here is it wasn't for McDonald's I don't know what I would do LOL!”
