Best customer service and fast care my 8 yr old was seen in less than 30 minutes also there website is easy to use when booking.Covid &Flu test can be done there!! I would recommend it.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Chai urgent care. Extremely positive experience, I would definitely come here again.

This was my first visit to their office. I needed a rapid test for travel, and did a search through Solvhealth. Most other offices were only offering PCR, and we didn’t have the time to wait. I saw that Chai offered all versions of the current testing methods, so booked next morning at 8:30.
I registered online, including Insurance card copies (hugely simple process…less than a minute). I didn’t have to fill out anything in the office…just showed up, waited till she put me into the system and set up my portal (maybe 2 minutes tops).
Got my test, sat in the office for the 10-15 minute test results, and was out the door.
Super clean office and equipment. Staff are very professional, courteous, and personable.
They’re my new “go to” medical care office.
