PeaceFull Warrior is a gym like no other. Irene, the owner, knows each individual client as if she knew them her whole life. Each trainer and class is amazing. This gym is a must!

What an amazing hidden gym/yoga studio in Tappan. The owner Irene has a wonderful infectious laugh, a caring soul, you will be gripped by full force with incredible energy and you will leave invigorated, feeling strong, uplifted, powerful or blissfully relaxed depending on which class you took. Offering a perfect mixture of bootcamp taught by Irene herself, Kickboxing by Kelsey with a big smile and two different types of yoga and no worries, if you have never taken yoga ...this is the place for you, offering introductory gentle yoga but also offering Vinyasa yoga (which I took) the teacher Billy is amazing - you feel strengthened and relaxed. The studio itself is super clean, large and beautiful. I can't wait to go back, pump up the heart rate, sweat, then relax with yoga:) I think I am addicted to the perfect combination of a work-out.
