“Nice and quite. Away from any main road. Grills and benches for a nice picnic. Shallow pool for the younger kids or just to dip your own feet. Swings. 4 playgrounds. 4 basketball hoops. Open grass area for kick ball or soccer, etc.. path for a short stroll. Nice quite stream next to it. Lastly, a few shady areas under some trees. We'll be back soon.”

“No water refill at park, Doug area is a little hard to find the first time. Each time I've gone it was empty of other dogs. Nice that it is wood chips, dirt, grass and balls let behind for the next dog.”

“This park is a really nice place to bring the whole family. My dog loved this place. It's clean and most of the people visiting the park seemed very friendly. Just remember to keep your dog on a leash here as there are many distractions.”

“Really i,m going to give you a less interesting answer than you may desire because I just have never yet utilized that medical /recreational/ fire training, area for anything more than yes fire training and medical services. And i,m sure fire training has been updated since I trained there and medical services are of the best, and waiting room guest WiFi may be best to notify front desk receptionist you intend to use it first even if it's not posted. Thank you”

“I worked here in the summer of 2018 and I think the most memorable thing was meeting such great people. As part of the media team, I got to learn the stories of so many people, both campers and employees, who have treasured their experiences at DMDC since they were a child. The generations of campers and employees, and especially the camp owners who took over for their parents, is evident of just how much this camp has affected the lives of so many. On the last day of camp, so many teen campers were in tears at the thought of their last summer at DMDC coming to an end. Everyone at the camp really tries to make it such a genuine experience for the campers. I was also impressed at the immense talent in the staff, specifically the sports staff, who had a rich background in whatever sport they taught.”

“My Daughter LOVES Camp Scuffy. She comes home everyday with a smile on her face telling me about all of her daily activities.”

“So my rating will vary depending on the campsite neighbors. We have had amazing times at the campground over the past decade plus but we have also been frustrated to no end when neighbors brought lawn equipment and started destroying the woods. We have not thought twice about calling the park police and rangers. Thankfully we have gotten some horrible people kicked out for damaging the trees and nature. We will only ever camp in W section because we adore the nature and enjoy the solitude.”

“Nice park. Bring your bikes and bike around the beautiful lake or go for a swim in the newly renovated pool with a splash pad and two water slides! After swimming, you can play in the great playground or bbq at the lake. We always have a great time at this park and enjoy the new pool facilities. Bathrooms are located right by the pool with ample showers and changing area. Lifeguards are great (there are many all around the pool!) and staff is friendly. There is a large shallow area in the pool that is great for younger kids.”
